Pinhal do Rei – Apt. 3

The residential building “Pinhal do Rei” appears in the heart of the city of Leiria, with a privileged view over a pine forest and also over the city, namely the Castle of Leiria.
Inspired by people and families, in their routines, conveniences and needs, this building will include a set of characteristics that symbolize comfort, refinement and authenticity.
The primary objective, when designing the architectural project, was to make the most of the resources inherent to the location of this building: sun exposure, accesses, services, schools and leisure areas.
“Pinhal do Rei” consists of two housing towers, with T2, T3 and T3 Duplex housing types, connected to each other through level crossings that give access to an external staircase.
The final result, which is represented here, couldn’t be more in line with what it intends to be the right choice for those looking for modernity, comfort and tranquility in their new home.
